In this world everything starting with belief, the belief slowly changing based on its truth and scientific reality, the difference between winner and loser , those who are optimistic and those who are pessimistic in their system of belief of the pervasiveness …….simply called “ feeling of certainty”.

for every human being …..he/she works based on their system of belief… some people who identify that they are in wrong belief, they simply change themselves and transform their system of belief, simply track or tune their system into a right direction…..are called winners….. the others who can’t are losers…… All bad habits, like Alcoholism, smoking, drugs are came from small to big system of belief which he/she can’t break.
Can we change our belief?
Yes, all personal breakthroughs begin with a change in belief, the most effective way is to get your brain to associated massive pain to the old belief, you must feel deep in your gut that not only has this belief cost you pain is the past , but its costing you in the present and ultimately, can only bring you pain in the future.

The only reason we have a belief about something is that we’ve linked massive pain to not believing it or massive pleasure to keeping it alive.
Small improvements are believable and therefore achievable , the key to success is developing a sense of certainty the kind of belief that allows you to expand as a person and take the necessary action to make your life and the lives of those around you even greater.
You may believe something is true today, but you need to remember that as the years go by and we grow , we’ll be exposed to new experiences. And we may develop even more empowering beliefs, realize that your beliefs may change as you gather additional references, what really matters,, is whether the beliefs you have today empower or dis-empowered you? Begin today to develop the habit of focusing on the consequences of all your beliefs. Are they strengthen your foundation by moving you to action in the direction you desire , or they holding you back?
